I have a Cag pocket bike and have a question about the adjustment carburetor throttle needle.

Along with the c-clip that snaps onto the needle, there is also half of a flat washer that goes around the needle. I need to know if this half washer rests on top of the clip or if it goes underneath the clip on the needle?

My motor Specs are:

49cc big bore kit
lightened flywheel
Stock ported carb
Fat exhuast pipe
hi performance clutch springs,
stock plastic intake
PBU fiberglass reed.

The disc holds the needle down with the spring....It goes on top of the clip...........You should be running a 72-74 mainjet..All carbs are different I have cag carbs with 3 different style mainjets..............
