Trade my Cateye for a X18?

i got offered to trade my cateye for a x18 but it need a battery wiring harness and gas tank. i aslo got this other offer which would trade me my cateye for another cateye need battery and a little work to it and a x15 that needs throttle cable and a little repair . both of those bikes need a little repair. what will you guys do?
