Twin Engine Drag Bike

Finnally back to the drag bike, after a long winter. Have Walbro HDA 48Ds 19mm pumper carb w/ accell pump. There on Cag 603 manifolds right now. Have 2 of the reed box 4 reed Cag ADA racing manifolds on the way got the last 2, Cam2 has pictures of his two set on Cag, Cag, Cag I believe. These 19mm w/ 15.1mm venturi are so much bigger than the 15.88 x 12.7mm 603s, plus the have an accell pump. The carbs on the new manifolds will sit at an angle so the accell tube is on top of the bore.

:thumbsup::thumbsup: EPR! those engines look clean! are those the ADA Billet Head Kits, and did you get the ADA Manifolds?? and how did you go about making the front pinions?

What frame you putting them in??
Looking good EPR...Id core out one of those sprockets and thread the outter portion to adapt a 17 tooth freewheel to the deal....Pushing it around will be so much easier and quieter aswell..It works out really well on my twin enginned mini harley with modified twin 43cc engines with no lag and plenty of topend with 17/25 gearing........Keep up the good work

Alot call them the Batman headkits.........They got theyre good points aswell as a couple bad...The bad are clearance issues for exhaust systems and aluminum pullstart covers which both require modifying a bit to get it to fit...EPR's doing a custom build so its easier for him because he has to fabricate and mod almost everything already

That outer gear is just sitting there for looks right now. I was going to ask you how you did the gears I was going to weld 2 together, but your Idea sounds better. I have been looking at that 2 engine mini bike.
The frame will be the A1 with the black Canted head 40mm engine from boosted. I miss placed my frame plans, got to find them,lol.
When do you think you will be finished with this beast?
I have been working on this project for more than 2 years. Got the idea from Cam2 about putting scooters reverse transmissions on and running the engines backwards. If you remember Timmo & Misfit with the tripple engine Cag drag bike. They were welding small Cag pinions together to get from engine to engine and back to the rear gear. Alot of power on a little gear and #25 chain. I have the X7 front gas shocks forks ready to go and the rear X7 wheel & rim, all have brake discs, hydraulic and the rear wheel has a modded #420 33 tooth X18 size gear. Was looking at hooking a 420 pinion to the 8mm T8F pinion gear. But might have to go back to an 8mm rear gear. I like the 420, cause its stronger chain.
Cam2, not sure what part you use to put the two gears together, It sounds like on my Razor Rocket rear gear, where its free in one direction, so you can push it without the electric motor turning.
Have all the tubing I need, need a second motor mount plate to add when I stretch the frame 20 t0 24", thinking about a small engine shop and getting a generic engine mount plate an mod it. Then, I will start on the frame.

Been awhile, busy looking for work!!! Anyhow EPR looks awesome and taking your time will benefit the build immensely! You sure do like some Black & Blue! Awesome build! Keep it coming!

Here is the new photos of the 4 reed billet box setup with HDA-48D carb mounted on one of the drag engines. You can see my old modded CF reeds and stops. Have to take it all back off for a bunch of mods to make it all fit together. Cam2 just finished his Cag engine case, cut off Mitsu/Zen Cylinder and Cag winged billet head on top, know what my next projects going to be,lol.
