Hello guy , i got 2 watercooled engine that i got from a friend.
I have no idea about what is the brand.

i remove the head to see is the cylinder is good and it is looking well.
can someone tell my what is this engine. I think is a 39cc. I will need new head seal and a crank puller .

They use to have a 50cc kit, ( 46cc ) at hkmotos in Hong Kong for about $60. I have the 50cc C1 Blata Orgami copy bike from Canada.

No, they don't have them anymore. The Z1 is a 40mm piston and the 39cc is 37mm and the 50cc is 39.5mm. I am modding Cag 47cc cases and cylinder to fit the one ring Z1 piston.
Have seen them in England on ebay, try a search.

What abordable tool are good for honing a cylinder of this size?

I do it with my hand and sandpaper and cross hatch it. Most of the cylinders have a very thin hard surface plating. if you sand to far, well.
If you sand the walls put new rings on your piston.

Use a 44mm ball hone...I use a honer for brake calipers but ya gotta know how to use it ...The ball honer is a no-brainer...

Youre gonna want a 42-45mm #320 grit ball hone....

Actually you have the Blata rep. with a 46cc top-end, I can tell by looking at it. The bore should measure 39.5mm across?
