I just picked up this little gem today... The wheels are already turning in my head. Just when I was beginning to make a break through in making space in my garage!

You make more space by selling me some x18 parts to get mine going. :)

Thanks Cam! Though I was really tryin to cut back I couldn'tpass on it.
Man repo there was a time I wish someone would have made a decent offer to take all of the bikes and parts.lol
I went to work on the bike already. It came with an adjustable aftermarket shock already. But It had a 700lbs rated spring,it was good for street cruisin. I swapped it out and put back on the x18 stock spring.
I'm not sure just yet if I want to mod the 110 motor. Not sure if I wanna spend the time or money on it when I have bigger and more powerful motors waiting for me to use. Maybe I'll stop being lazy and go and mod it... I'll leave it stock for now I guess, till you get yours up and running repo.

I wish it was a easy fast cheap fix. Still dont know why im not getting spark and i need to run a compression test on it. When not in gear the motor seems to easy to kick over with very very little kick back. So it may have low compression. But im not sure since this is my first 110cc bike. Need more tools and testers for things like this. My friends worn out honda xr70 is 100 times harder to kicker and kick back then my x18 has.

Try tightening up a lil on the headcap nuts...also run a test on the stator..........The 110cc stators are nearing the time in their life in age to begin failing.........The coating on the windings is crap..

Thanks CAM2. The little wire harness that comes out right next to the stater harness from the case. What does that for?

Worked on repobike's x18's yesterday trying to get a spark. Nothing I tried worked! Tried a different wiring harness I even used my cdi, coil and magneto/stator to put on his bike and got nothing. Repo noticed that my x18 fly wheel looked bigger than the one on his x18. The fly wheel on my 18 was 1mm thicker than the one on his. So then i measured the one on a motor that had the starter mount underneath. It was the same size as his, this struck me as being odd. So I let him borrow the magneto from that motor to try as well as some coils. To see if this was the case so he'll know what he needed to get.
So I put all the parts I took off my bike back on it today. Tracked down what I thought was an electrical problem. Turned out to be the ignition switch was coming un-done. I just simply put it back in place and all was well. Then I had to clean the carb and she fires right up first kick. Then when I hook up a batt and use the electric start she fires right up.
So now I'm thinking I will leave the 110 with the electric start in. I will mod the 110 with a big valve race head with 27/23 in and ex valves with a race cam and a 26mm mikuni carb. Along with a uni link rear suspension and full fork mod and brakes for a track bike use. It'll be fun buzzing around on a 110 again.

So I got this little puppy all tuned up and ready to go. Everything works and all I need to do is buy a new battery. Even though the bike has a aftermarket rear shock. Just from sitting on the stock x18 then on my built x18. The difference is like night and day!!!!! So I will do the same suspension mods to this one. I'm gonna skip doing my mods to the internals of the forks. Just gonna do my forkbrace shock mod this should take care of the frontend.

I changed up the fairings a little pre-season testing body work. I might even paint it up and use it. I definitely have lower the bike it's higher than my built x18 while it's on the stand.

Well I manage to do a stage 2 mod to the front forks yesterday. I skipped over stage 1 because i'm planning on doing my forkbrace shock mod. So the frontend is good enough for doing some laps in the parking lot track. I fudged up the rightside preload adjuster,no big deal though i'll just replace the screw.
