Hello all....just picked up this bike for my son. No idea what kind it is since most of the plastic is gone. Guy we got it from says it runs. For the life of me I cant get it started.....

1. What kind is it?
2. In the photo with the choke lever and fuel valve....which way is the choke on? up or down? also...the fuel valve...which way is "on"
