I know it has to be welded because acetone won't soften it but I can't weld it without knowing what kind of filler rod do you use. Please help

I honestly don't know. Its definitely brittle chinese plastic. I always use the crude but effective drill holes/zip tie repairs. 😬

Zlpties?? Sitting on a piece of brittle plastic held together by zip ties and zip ties to the frame of something this little that is capable of incredible speed. Sounds scary and maybe even insanity

Maybe, but hasn't failed yet. Usually it is the tail section of pocket bikes.

If anything I would try the plastic welding in a test area. If it doesn't work, but a fiberglass kit. It really works well.

they have these things at harbor fright they are metal clip things that melt the plastics together.

Yes, I saw those. Not sure if it is too big or too hot for the thin plastics, but might be worth the try for some people.

I have decided. Spot weld with my soldering gun then reinforce with fiberglass resin and Mat

I haven't had to go to the hospital for a long time but pocket bikes can be dangerous always make sure to wear a helmet and the proper protective gear before riding.

Try to wear earplugs as well if you have a louder bike.
