I haven't had to go to the hospital for a long time but pocket bikes can be dangerous always make sure to wear a helmet and the proper protective gear before riding.

Try to wear earplugs as well if you have a louder bike.

He didn't fall off a pocket bike, he fell out of bed. That would be uncomfortable to wear helmet and protective gear to bed.
