Where to ride on Vancouver island

My girlfriend's son and I have pocketbikes, but have no idea where to go to ride on the Island. Anyone still ride over there? or the mainland either?

My girlfriend's son has a mini dirtbike, so I dont think he will be running that at 440. Is that the only place people go?
