Yes all the new carbs are so called tamper proof that are imported on a motor to the us the due to emissions regulations are there screws on the bowl or tamper proof buttons?

On the float bowl i have screws.

Heres the screws on the bowl, there is one more that looks different than these on it but its still a screw. Why ? Whats it mean that there are screws instead of "tamper buttons"?

yours doesnt have the lockout screws that he was talking about
but it doesnt appear to have much in the way of adjustments
when i had my 125 i ran a 26mm taporbore mikuni which is really a 22 with good velocity

I was just gonna suggest a 26 lol ya blitz Is correct I wouldn't waste my time with that carb you'll never get what you could with a carb with the adjustments.
Plus with the 26 you know exactly what u have and you can easily get jets for it

you can change the jets but the stock carb is a 19mm, the intake valve in the 110cc is 23mm, so you could increase the gas volume into the head but not the air flow, that is a good part of the reason the 22mm carb is preferred with the stock head over the 19, cuz more mix=more power

Ok the head port is 26.13mm ID the carb on the intake manifold is 25.34mm ID and on the other side its the same 25.34mm ID. Do you guys think the vent nipple being broken off will be an issue?

sheu, it sounds like your measurements are good, porting is just a fancy term for making all the holes and paths the same size with no airflow obstructions
your 125 might have a big valve head on it, those came with a 27mm intake valve, i had one with a 26 taperbore that ran good but when i went high compression i also had to get the vm26 to get the max gain

If your carb has a bulb on the bottom, its a 15mm copy Walbro WYK pumper carb. The screw w/ spring on the side is your high speed jet, out rich, in lean. The low jet is on top the carb, a brass slotted screw, if you turn it have to epoxy the thread so it don't turn. The idle screw is on top a little philips screw, the piston has a hole and turns, that screw opens the piston raising the idle or Vise Versa.
Turn the H S jet in all the way, not tight, count the turns, should be around 2 to 2 1/2 turns.
