i have a 49cc cateye,the wiring was a rats nest,starting to redo the wiring and not sure where this goes or what it hooks to,can anyone help

Thats your turn signal ballast.......That unit also makes an annoying beep when blinking........Theres should be a thin orange and thin blue wire with bullet connectors it hooks to.....

hey i replaced the key switch on my cats eye,the old one dont have anything hooked to it ,i found out that the old one was a 3 pos. 5 wire,so thats what i got ,but no plugs nowhere and no wiiring harness,making my own .can somebody tell me where all the wires go . 1 wire each black w/ white,yellow,white,green,orange...
