I got this x15 off Craigslist and it came with no key:( don't know what to do there. But on the fuel bowl of the Carb there is a little bronze tube there and nothing is connected to it and it leaks gas? What is suppose to be there? And also what can I do without the key

Follow the wires leading from the key and unplug the connector (or there may be two connectors). It should start, but to turn it off you're gonna have to stall it or something.

With the carb, the tube you are talking about is probably a fuel overflow. There shouldnt be much coming out of it... but there should be a line running from it to a catch can to capture any fuel that does leak (make sure the catch can is vented if you put one on!).
It didn't even have any wires coning from the ignition lol but I do see two connectorers loose and also what can I do about the fuel coming out? Can I make my own catch can? And where is the stock catch can located? Thanks:) i am going to need lots of info about these 110c engines first time messing with one.
I mean the wires coming from where the key would go. There should be either 2 or 4 wires coming off the bottom of the barrel there.

Is the fuel just pouring out, or is it dripping? It may be a stuck float. You should remove the carb and take off the float bowl and clean the carb/jets/needle/seat.

I dont think most of these bikes come with catch cans, but you can make one out of an empty soda bottle.

It is like pouring out lol. Am draining my gas tank in under 10 min :( and ima make one! I've been told the bike was just sitting for awhile. What else do I need to check on it if it has been sitting.
So far I have a new NGK sparkplug

Remove fuel tank...drill fuel output nipple open to 1/4' and wash out the fueltank of all plastic chips

remove the stock fuellines and stock fuelfilter,,replace with both with 1/4"

Remove the carb,,Totally disassemble itmmclean out ebvery nook and cranny in the main jet,,mainjet tube,,pilot jet,,a/f fuel circuit,,float needle,,fuel inlet passage.....

reassemble carb with float set to 10 degrees

Set the c-clip on the mainjet needle to the 4th notch

set the a/f mixture screw set to 2 turns out

before putting the carb bowl on do the float restrictor tab removal mod....This is necessary for float to travel its whole float range.....

Do the hp wire mod

make sure the plug is gapped between .023-.027"

Change the oil...10w/40 motorcycle wetclutch 4t 4 stroke engine oil,,crankcase capacity is a tad over 3/4 of a whole qt,,,The total capacity is actually 800ml..

Put fresh 93 in tank,,turn on key,,set choke and give it a few kicks...It should run pretty good and smooth if there arent any other problems...Good Luck

can you take step through step on how to set float to 10 degrees and set the needle to the forth notch? Oh and also what can I do with the fuel coming out of the overflow.
This is all good information! Thanks for the help man!
the fuel is coming out probably because the float is stuck remove the carb and take off the bowl the part on the bottom of the carb there is a float in there that should move freely up and down to regulate how much fuel is allowed in also if it has sat for a while get some carb cleaner I bet it's all gummed up inside there as well
You can get a new key and wires from pocketbikeparts

If you look at the float in the picture youll notice it sits at a slight angle upwards and not flat or angled-in..That slight upward angle is 10 degrees....mimic that angle on your carb and youll be gtg....

Make sure you use a q-tip with carb cleaner and swab the inside of the brass seat for the needle because ethanol likes to cake up on the seat around the hole where the needle supposed to seal off the flow totally and start proplems there by not totally sealing and shutting flow off causing the carb to overflow aswell

After you get your bike up and running theres a few cheap-cheap performance mods you cab do to make it run way better.............

Grind away the sloppy restrictive weld within the headpipe.......

mod the stock hollow exhaust cans...I used two X1 2 stroke silencers and stuck in a 1" stainless perforated core to get the exhaust straight out....but keep it reasonably quiet

portmatch the intake to the head

re-clock the carb to the rightleg side of the bike with a carb spacer adapter....This is the best non turbulent area for getting good airflownot to mention if you ride in the wetness or rain,,even mud the front tire wont cake up or flod your airfilter as you ride

Get rid of the stock snorkle box and get a foam airfilter

Make a homemade velocity stack out of PVC and RTV it to the carb mouth.....Mine was made from 1 1/4" sink trap adapter pipe end that was shaped with a utility knife and sandpaper to remove the threads

do the hp wire mod

Get a NGK CR7HSA plug

get a jetkit for the carb or poke the mainjet out a lil with a safety pin and mod the atomizer tube

add a homemade headbreather to eliminate trapped heat and have your valve springs run way-way cooler so they dont suffer from heat stress fatigue causing valve float and bent or overheated valves...........

Haha cateye man! I have three cateyes and the x15 - it has gears, I don't even know how to use them. Lol am sacred! And what do you think is wrong with yours? Right now what am doing is disassembling my Carb and cleaning it hopefully that fixes the problem of gas leaking

LOL it's easy if it's semi auto ! All u have to do is lift up with ur left foot when u have to switch gears , but if it's manual u hold the clutch handle down and for gear one u press ur foot down ,gear two u lift ur foot up twice and gear 3-4 u lift it up once , and I have no idea ,I hear one diagnoses after the next someone said I should replace the engine but I don't have 150 to spend randomly! But I think the engine needs cleaned and it needs tuned ,post pics of ur x15
U wanna trade me bikes since u don't no how to use gears? :p

Does it not have a kick or pull start?it should have a electric start . And u should be able to do it with any bike maybe ur key is on the off position or ur choke is on or ur spark plug could be bad
