hello my name is andrew and im from peabody ma, i bought a my x18 from a kid and he didnt have any paper work on the bike no title or certificate of origin. i need help getting a certificate of origin. also when i puch the clutch in my running light turns on and when i turn on the lights my brake light turns on. can someone please help me. feel free to email me [email protected]

Did you get a bill of sale. The papers with these bikes are a joke. Most states will not register the X18. I'm in California, no way here without replacing nearly everything on the bike from tires & shocks tires to speedo.
Don't know what your wiring problem is, but this X18 wiring daigram might help.

I do have a bill of sales but the registry said I need a title or a certificate of origin

you would need to apply for a "lost title" or whatever your state calls it.....
