That metal tank looks like the same tank as on my 125cc ATV. Is that rear shock stock, looks fat, and they don't use yellow paint in China, lol.
Where did you get the blue plastic turn handle hose clamp on the fuel line to the carb, Sweet. I have had my X18 for 3 years now, alot of Work to get it right. I like the X12 hp side pipe I modded to fit.
the stock shock weighs like 15lbs and it sux, maybe you could reuse the spring but its gotta be cut off *toss*
glock, nice so far, first thing in my mind was get you some shorty levers and bar sliders
i got mine local at the cycle shop
Nice work can't go wrong with the black you can take a look at my pics I have up of my x19 maybe it will give you some ideas but good work keep it up and that rear shock does suck at 30+mph and imperfection in the road with the rear tire at 32+ psi it starts to hop like crazy def not safe
The shock is still up in the air for me I've got one now that just bolts is from a scooter place in the UK its 9.5 in like the stock one eye to eye but I had to cut the stock shock and use the spring from that plus take the shock to a mountain bike place a very expensive one and have them fill it with different types of oil for me to try in it along with air pressures ECT ECT your way better of going with the linkage mods that swheels and blitz have done to get a less expensive shock than what I have but if you do come across a 9.5 in shock eye to eye let me know lol I'm always looking for just a bolt in on the 15&19
Here are a few pics of me trying to figure where to mount the camera....the X19 dual exhaust is not a good match with the PBU license plat mounting kit..so i had think of something, so I had to mount it right behind the exhaust...now I have to stop the exhaust from shaking the camera
Looks like soon, you will be riding. Been trying to find an online address I had from this guy here on PBP who got a shock off eBay for $45, is looked nice and the outer part w/ an adjustment knob for stiffness.
