rear shock 9.5" got it from the uk have no idea about the brand has damper and rebound settings and spring is adjustable as well works good but did not have it on this run due to i tried to add nitrogen and the shrader valve broke and the oil came out
hopefully i can have it filled at a bike shop maybe

so i have basically done everything i can think of too this motor other than doing a big bore or stroke kit and i dont see the reason of spending money on that and not a bigger motor
so i think its time for me to finish the fab/reinforcing work and get my 150cc in for the last time and leave it in for good

my next question is if i do a big bore or stroker kit to this 150cc estart will i still be able to use the estart or will it be too much compression for the starter if so i will just leave and and call it a day for power in this bike and go balls out on my 18 for just a crazy monster of a bike

does that say 73 is your top speed?? dont you have a 150 in there?
No that was with the 110 cc with all mods I think I can do i did that run today in a mile long oval parking lot not that smooth tho lol i had the 150 in but did not think the frame and swingarm was quite up to the task so I left it in long enough for some easy riding to break it in them took it out and tore the bike down to brake the frame and swingarm but then wanted to do some other mods and put the 110 back in for some other things to test and ended up putting it back in to ride a few weekends ago and have yet to tear it all apart to brace it but I think I will real soon
oh haha... that was really scary lookin... i was like no freaking way ima get a 140cc if thats all hes getting out of his 150.. thats good for a 110, my auto 110 got me to 30 mph when i 1st got it. i took it completely apart tho so idk what it would be with all the stuff i did to it. how fast you think the piranha 140cc would be able to get me to with a 26mm carb? modded stock pipe tho... i cant spend 100 bucks on a pipe..
Total cost for a pipe you van get for 60 look on pit bike sites and find one that will fit a Honda head then cut the pipe as needed and make marks on it where you want it welded and take it to someone to weld it together shouldn't be more than 80 all together pipe muffler and welded to but a stock pipe will not flow enough as needed I don't Think for anything bigger than a 125cc
I actually got two pipes and two mufflers cuz I couldn't get the exact mufflers I wanted alone and I got them both for 67 shipped total so you just need to try some fab work I was going to start bending up some pipes and selling them but the guy I was working with got a new machine and the smallest he can do is 1-1/2 pipe and its almost impossible to do it and have it good enough to fit right everytime so I didn't want to **** people off and ship pipes back and forth I was hopping to do all kinds of pipes from $85-150 but now when ever I find someone to bend the pipes they want 100+ just to do that and I'm not gonna try to sell pipes for 200+ I'm still trying to find a lower cost way to bend the pipes tho cuz that's what we all need we can find other stuff for these bikes its just the exhaust that's a real pia

I gotta ask,how fast do you think a 150cc is gonna go? You can look up on youtube Brian's x19. According to Brian he had a fully built 160cc with all the bells and whistles. He was going for the 100mph mark. He only managed 83ish tops 85mph. That was also while going down a long hill. His gearing was 17 front and 28 rear. The video was takin from inside a car that was right behind him... Not discrediting anyone- just saying if some people get there 110cc to go fast. Don't just think a 150cc is gonna break into the triple digits.
Yeah I hate the exhaust on the X19 is there any other option for me? By the way nice ****ing job on your bike:thumbsup:

nope 100mph is not for me on these I just want to get to 70 quicker lol and have more control with the bike with some more power its the low end and speed that make these fun for me and I'll prob never go above 70 again I was just curious what it could actually do

LOL just saying, he sounded dissappointed that you only reached 73mph when he thought you had your 150cc motor in your bike.LOL

I think i got my 150cc up to 72 mph with a 32rear sprocket and a 15 maybe 16front sprocket. Cant honestly remember quite a while ago. I didn't have my vapor calipebrated accurately. It was 6mph off, i only got a true reading or close to.When i ran side by side with my wife driving her 2006 kia mini van.
Ya I figured as much just didn't want you thinking I was a speed freak on these my typical speed is like 25-35 lol and I will not go on the highway ever just cruze and lot race

I hear ya.... Oh and i have to clearify myself just incase someone sees my post and add the 6mph to my 72mph. My vapor was reading 66mph.Then i decided to check the accuracey and discovered it was 6mph slower than my actual speed.LOL
I really can't believe that I had that top speed maybe because it was a little lean and about 50-55 degrees with little humidity at 630am because best we got later in the day was about 65 mph so I might say that was perfect conditions and the motor had no more pull and that was the second run of the day after that we pretty much just rode around in a circle lol
dude i was a little disappointed when i thought the 150 was in there. I plan on getting a 140cc, not looking to go crazy fast down the interstate but i wanna be able to get to 70 somewhat easily and not be topping out at 70. im actually in welding school right now so welding pipes together isnt gona be a problem i just dont have a way to bend them. i wanna make a pipe that looks like a real sports bike pipe. http://www.newninja.com/forums/f98/dual-exhaust-for-your-ninja-4273.html
ima try to make something like that...
If you have a x18 it won't be too hard with that style exhaust the 15/19 you will def have to cut the lower supports and the lower fairings to do it
Most of these pipes are made to go up the side of the bike as you want you can make a table jig to bend them with heat and another tube inside them for leverage and clamps on the table where you want the bends you will not need to make huge bends just slightly vary the pipe a bit and cut and reweld if you know how to weld it should not be crazy hard but it is a little challenging just trial and error man or you can buy pre bent pipes and one straight piece but that will cost about 100 as well without a muffler
dragon, nice run with the 110, best i hit with the 110 was 60 but with the stock 17/38 gearing
my 73 run is on the tube with a low comp 125
my bike is smooth on the highway and ive got plenty passing power
if you get the high comp kit then id get a decomp device, there are a few to choose from, that is my plan for next year, i got the frd decomp cause the compression was hard on the kickstart system and killed my 146 (lasted 2 race seasons)
wont make that mistake again
seems like you want your bike right and when it is you will be able to drive it to my house if you wanted (tho youd have to stop for gas 156 times lol

more than that lol I think these steel tanks hold less than the plastic I fill up every twice to every one time the others do so prob be like 312 times lol just a few more but with pure determination and skill I'm sure I'll make it in time for fall lol

Yep....just saying...... so you or anyone else don't be dissapointed....

Drgn I believe if anyone does over 60mph and nothing falls off.lol It's a good run, though my bike was mostly setup and very solid. I always had that what if sometimes running through my mind.
Nothing major fell off just my muffler hangers I didn't like how they were anyways I need to fab a better bracket system for them other than all good checked everything major between each run and all was good
thats funny S cuz on the road i never thought about what if' (except about getting stranded) but on the track i usta think that all the time, like did i set the chain right? tighten this or that
in this avatar im thinkin, hope that tire sticks
