please help! any thoughts/ideas of what might be wrong with my bike would be highly appreciated!!!
come on guys i really need help, i have no clue whats going on
Hey yo...I was out having a blast on some of my pb's today ;;;It started raining an hour ago and I unhappily had to stop the fun but fortunately for you it afforded me time to stop by.......LOL

You need to either tune the bike or clean the carb then tune the bike.....

inside the pumper carb is a strainer screen that could be possibly clogged....

first try tuning the bike in............

For the highspeed needle screw on the side of the carb.....follow these steps...

remove the highspeed needle;-dont lose the tiny flatwasher or the tiny rubber o-ring holding it in...........

take carb cleaner with a snorkle straw...crack the throttle wide open and spray through the highspeed needle hole in the carb 3-5 blasts for 5 secs each blast will clear things pretty good.......

reinstall highspeed needle and set to 1 1/2 turns out

get a small tiny jewelers screwdriver...........

on the carb rotator top theres a brass slotted screw.....in the center of that screw is a very tiny slotted needle jet..........

take the screwdriver and lightly twist til the screwdriverblade and the needle slot meet and then turn the needle counterclockwise 1/4 turn

buy some rolled rubber fibre gasket material from the autoparts store and cut some new carb and intake gaskets and install them

clean the sparkplug,,make sure its gapped to .030"

turn the keyswitch to the On position

set the choke

pump the primer 8-10 times

pull til it starts

set idle speed

let it warm up

lift rearwheel

crack throttle wide open

adjust the highspeed needle on the side of the carb til you get the best rearwheel revs and then richen it back by 1/8 for safety

test ride

you may also need to pull the transmission and unbind the clutchpads and may also have to clean and mod the CVT trans aswell as may have to buy a new CVT trans belt for the CVT trans......................Good Luck

You have no idle screw on top the carb to hold the piston w/ the hole in it open so it can run. It has broken off the black plastic piece on top the carb.
See if you can see it in this photo. Need new $15 carb.

Good eye EPR...Yes he does need a way to keep the throttle open....another substitute fix would be to use the cable to hold the throttle open by removing all the slack from the cable adjusters til you get it to idle............Good Luck

Post pics of all ur midbikes I'd like to see them also the polini I like how those sound lol
I'll just replace the carb, now it's my excuse to mod it.what sites do u guys trust the most for parts?
What's the purpose of the screw that I'm missing guys?
The piston has a hole in the middle & a spring, it stays closed, the screw rides and the plastic cam at the top and opens it as you screw it in till you get a good idle. There's a low jet adj ontop the brass piece and the spring loaded screw on the side is the high speed adj jet
So the new carb will most likely fix my prob? Also will the carb come with the spring that's attached to the throttle cable ?because I've been using a spring from a pen LOL and will it come pre-tuned?
Also is it important to have a fuse in the bike?wat are they for ?
Your missing the idle adjustment screw. It adjusts the rpm of the engine at idle.

Looks like you have a hint of green in the hole on top of the carburetor. If you do the main jet is not adjustable on that carburetor and you will definitely want to replace it. This carburetor never functioned well in most cases.

You will want to make sure to buy a carburetor that suits your needs. There are at least 4 variations on the market at this time.

That's the carb, but $30 is alittle pricey. Seen them on eBay for less than $15 to your door.
I only seen a carb on eBay that's for cateyes.only thing is I don't have a credit card :/
SP4L wants PayPal, A cateye has the same 15mm Walbro copy WYK carb, my 49cc scooter came w/ the same carb, some Cag mini ATVs come with one also. Some places you can send a USPS money order.
