x2 speedo prob

When I got my x2 yesterday the speedo was unplugged , were do i plug it in at? Plz help

Should be a connector on the wiring harness to fit it.

i didnt see any, all of them were taken i think they connected some wires together that dont go together

I have this wiring dia. from SD Scooters, for the early X bikes, find the speedo on it and follow the wires to see where they go.

I still can't find the right plug! Would it work even tho my batterie is drained?

I took all the plastics off and still didn't find the plug it for it

startfrom the wiring harness and eliminate the wires one by one... just follow them to what the are powering.

I looked for all the plugs and there taken (except for the lights), I'll examine it more 2moro

Dont even fret about that crappy speedo....its highly inaccurate..Ditch it..If you want a cheap speedo for under $25 bucks shipped get a Cateye Velo5.They are digital,,programmable and will be a heck of alot more accurate............Good Luck

I have a new one, Cam2 told me its more of an RPM gauge than speedo,lol.

Okay I'll get that then, does my bike need a fuse for anything? It doesn't have one

Yeah if you want to turn the key on and get lights,horn and e-starter aswell as have the new battery recharged through the rectifier/alternator......You need a fuse......

No it will not............The fuse is between the battery and the harness.....

Make your own......

cut the wires off the chinese fuse holder

crimp onto the wires two weatherproof female terminal ends

plug one bladetype ATC style 10amp fuse into both terminals to comp-lete the circuit and protect it with a fuse..............

Youre good to go now....................Peace
