I PMed you at store to checkout. I have an X7 and X18 110cc wiring dia. the CDI and alot of the stuff are the same even though some wires are a different color. Also have some strip down basic wiring dia too.

thank you ill try to take my bike to a shop so they could get it running im not very good with mechanical but im good at panting and body work
Whats not plugging in. The CDI has 5 wires in a 6 wire plug, there all wired the same, even my 125cc Honda clone ATV has the same plug and wires. Try to use the X18 full wiring, follow 1 wire at a time and see where it goes.

Id hate to see what theyre gonna charge ya..........
Honda won't work on the clone engines. Most bike shops either, and if the do it will be hundreds off dollars. Get the bike running then work on the lights and what ever.
is there ant way i could have my x7 49 cc x7 2 stroke run without a harrness i would like a very simple diagram showing how get it running or can anyone tell me how to get it running

Like many-many before you have been told.......You can remove all the wiring and simply pullstart it like a weedeater/lawnmower...The pushbutton for the starter will double as the killswitch after the removal of the gauges/battery/switches/e-starter and wiring...........Good Luck
I appreciate the diagram EPR this helps me with some of the issues I've got. I'm not 100% certain the model of the buke i bought but its a rebuild im working on for my son. Its a loncin 110cc (107ml) engine.
This is one issue i have...... The starter button doesnt work but when i pull the clutch in the starter revs up and starts the motor. Also while riding when the clutch is pulled in to shift i can hear the starter reving up. Quite strange and im lost at this point. Any info or tips would be greatly appreciated.
Well, the Loncin is a good Honda/China clone engine. The clutch and front brake lever both allow the starter to turn the engine, it is a safety thing, if the bike is left in gear. The starter thing, sound like the starter is either running or the engine is turning it while its running. The starter clutch is suppose to disconnect the starter and chain drive when the engine is running. Do you have the front or top mounted starter motor?? All that stuff is behind the clutch/bell unit a 3 spring clutch in back and a chain goes to the motor gear. The stuff under the left front engine case. This is a photo of the other side, the kick start gear etc. You need special tools to take the stuff apart, you could easily spend $150 trying to fix it, or buy a new complete 4 speed engine off eBay, maybe a 125cc for $250 to $300 shipped. Some engines are for dirt bikes and have no electrical for lights and stuff. I would search, China 110cc-125cc 4 stroke super pocket bike engines.

This is the current nightmare I'm trying to figure out since I'm eating batteries.

The wiring & electrical on these bike are not real good. That bike looks a lot like my X18. My bike has had a dead battery for over 3 yrs. I turn on the key and kick start it. It runs off the stator thru the dead battery, lol. Has lights & blinkers, that get dim to bright depending on the RPMs. The lights & blinkers are illegal, not bright enough 10-15w. My road legal 150cc GY6 scooter has 12v 10w running lights & 12v 35w headlights with a high beam. I have that plus 15 pocket bikes, lol, from small to super pocket bike X18 size. An X7, 2 stroke, w/ 8" rims is a mid bike, and then the mini moto ( pocket rockets ). Air cooled and water cooled, Chinese and Euro.
Your starter or solinoid, somethings wrong, & electric is my weak point. I would charge your battery, get it running and grab the starter housing and see if the starter is still turning, should stop when you let off the starter button. I think the starter chain clutch disconnects power to the chain that goes to the starter motor by RPMs so it don't turn all the time. If your battery is being drained something is staying on all the time. Here is what you do to find a short. Disconnect the neg. battery cable, turn your key off. Put a voltmeter red & black wire between the neg post and wire, if there is current you have a short, or use a test light between. Could be your starter soilinoid is bad too, there cheap $7-$10. I just got 4 stroke starters, 1 two bolt and 1 three bolt starter online for $12.84 each & $7.95 S/H, for $20.79 each, for extra parts.
If it were me, I would take the wire off the starter to the solinoid hook the battery back up and kick start it, like I do mine. There are some real simple ways to wire the bike without all the lights and crap. PS: If you answer this you will have 3 post and can make you own thread with photos, under mid, super bikes section. No one can see you here. CAM2 will know better than me,

Thanks man. I'm sure I'll have more questions as time goes I'm planning on taking it back apart tomorrow. I'll definitely try finding the short with a tester. Greatly appreciated.

I have seen, online a strip down wiring harness for these engines, w/ instructions, they used them on racing bikes w/ no lights etc. Can't remember but the price was not that bad. Here is another basic wire 4 stroke dia.
