i got a X7 that's been sitting needs some wiring fix where can i get good parts

Unfortunately wiring needs to be redone by hand. That's only for the electric start, lights, speedo, and stuff. It needs bo electronics to run a 49cc engine.
Unless you have the 4 stroke, pit bike wiring off ebay or Amazon.

So what would I need to start with no battery??

All you need to do is find the wires coming out by the spark plug and hook them up to a switch this will be your kill switch then you pull start it.

You don't even need a kill switch on a 2 stroke. Choke on and full throttle will act as a kill switch.
So if it is the 49cc 2 stroke. You need no wiring to the engine. Just the coil to spark plug.

well if you dont need a kill switch then you dont need any wires at all going to the engine

Yep.
Only one I could have used one on was a dirtbike someone had the clutch adjustment wrong the front brake failed and the bike walked out from under me. Somehow I choked it with my hand over the carb.

Wire from the starter to the battery, a ground wire, wire to the solenoid, and wire to the switch. I think that was all they had. I only had one X-bike and I gutted it.

You will have to wire everything yourself. They don't make wiring for the two stroke bikes. But it's not difficult if you have some sort of wiring there. Just retrace and redo.I know there are wiring diagrams online as well.
