FINALLY! They came out with a really good roller rocker race head for the lifan style motors. This includes the 110cc engines and as well as the lifan 150cc..
I guarantee a 110cc engine with this race head on it will blow a stroked 114cc into the weeds!!! This is a similar version of the race head i use on my bike.
I suspect that it will come with a race cam with lowend to mid range power. You know i'm gonna get 1 or 2 of them.lol it's a must have for me! Lol
Here's some more info
T here are two versions of the head. One is for the Honda 50 and 70s and the other for Chinese type Honda engines 125cc-150cc with Round Cam covers stock Both heads are identical except for one stud location.

- Have Roller Rocker Arms exactly liketheV2head for the KLX110 - 28.5mm intake Valve - 23.5mm Exhaust Valve - 5mm Valve Stem - 26mm Intake Port - Matches Intake Manifold Kit TBW0433 - 23mm Exhaust port - All pistons in the kits are new and have CNC machined piston domes - Head kits include all hardware - Head kits Include all covers (Billet Dress up kits and Breathers will be available later)

- Recommend use with Mikuni VM24, VM26, OKO26 or similar carbs that work with intake kit TBW0433

Wow they finally figured out what I already knew and have done to the 110cc...It just took them 4 years too long............LOL....Great news though swheels...Thanks for posting...

Itll give others something to dream of having besides the 114cc kit..........
Looks like a $1,000 kit. I need a full race race cam. These bikes are so slow I ride wide open all the time.
Did anyone see that Jason Line, Lucas Oil, Salt Flat truck w/ the Pro Stock drag engine??

yeah i didn't think it would take them this long.lol i had my v2 roller rocker race head a loooong time. I thought they would have came out with the lifan styled ones maybe a year after. Boy was i wrong.lol

Epr i really don't think it will come close to that maybe half the price. It wouldn't make much sense cuase then someone could just buy a 184cc with the v2 race head. I only paid about $600 for my kit and the head that i have by itself can be bought for $325. So i think the head for the 110cc's just the head will be around the same price.
Some nice easy bolt on power right there!
My watercooled motor is not looking so cool now.lol
Does this keep the engine 107cc? Or does it raise it to 114?
That's the first thing that came to my mind, what little is Left, lol. Why not just get a bigger engine. I do like the 28.5mm intake valve though.
For the price of this kit, you can get a 140 engine kit complete with carb and oil cooler (only $330!). And even if this takes the engine to a 114, there's no way its gonna beat even a stock 140.

lol you wanna bet! A stock 140cc is not i repeat not that big on power..... a stock only makes 11hp @ the crank. So how do you think a stock 140 will make??? Iv'e seen a 110cc
Beat some big blocks personally.lol xmr had a 110cc motor that they manage to squeeze a 27/23 big valve head on with a 26mm flatslide mikuni. That bike was able to beat a 50cc euro pocketbike that made
that made well over 10hp easy. Lol
They will be making kits for 50cc to 150cc or just purchase the race head alone.

Legitttt.. now we are getting into really unfamiliar grounds lol
I would still rather have the 140. The 140 is only 330, this kit is probably over 400. And i know the 140 will be more reliable, and with a good tune it will be at least close to as fast as an engine with this kit.

The stock 107 is only ~7hp (with stock exhaust and filter tube thingy). With a 22 mikuni and a good exhaust, maybe 10. With this kit, probably 13hp.

I would MUCH rather spend 500 and get a 155z. And that WILL smoke ANY engine with a 107 bottom end.

Lol yeah but the argument was a 110cc with this kit vs a stock 140.
Stock 110cc 5.5hp
Also a stock 155z cost way more than this kit by the the time you get everything you need to get it up and running.
I believe reliable is in the eye of the beholder.lol some people can break anything. And they will never admit to it either.lol when i had the 110cc engine in my bike. It was bone stock and i use to ride the crap out of it. It never had an issue or let me down. Sold it to this kid and it didn't last him 2 weeks.lol iv'e him just destroy stuff.lol

What else do you need? Thats $500 for everything i would think you would need. Maybe an exhaust, but most people already have one.

And i still think a stock 140, with a properly tuned carb and good exhaust will at least give a 107+this kit a run for its money.
I have a photo of a racing package, dual cam head kit I believe it is, $3,000 onsale for $2,000. Sweet!!

I know for a fact your gonna need a new carb. Those molk carbs ain't worth the metal they are made out of. But yeah that motor still will cost more than that race head though. The power is in the head. When i bought my 150cc i thought it was fast at first. Put the v2 roller race head on IT REALLY WOKE THAT MOTOR UP. I was blown away by the increase in power. Just plain sick!

Well i say this suppose your racing on your 140 and then one those 110cc goes right past ya. Then the next thing you know that 140 is gonna be lookin for some upgrades. Then that 330 is gonna go up in price. It's all good though.lol

Yeah that's the takegawa dual over head cam race head. All the take stuff cost some serious dough..... But there stuff is all race proven and does what it says too.
i would think that if you had a 110 with a roller head and hicomp, you could beat the 140 if you rode it more like a two stroke
the 140 has a 57mm crank to the 110s 49.5, that equates to more torque for the 140, but it cant rev to 11k like the 110 might so if the 110 can keep corner speed up its a wash
personally i always want what is bigger, but my 146 with the race was so nasty id build it again...with a decomp!
This is quoted from Chris @ Tbolt: Ill get everything up on the site ASAP but Our SSR TR with 114cc V2 & TB HD semi clutch just rips Jr and I raced at MoM Milford round and I was ahead of him and his LXR YX160 !!
Yes it was a 114 but it was up against a 160cc.
And that's an offroad race.
But let me be clear... I'm not saying any joe schmoe can just get this kit and beat up on some 160cc motor. I'm just saying i believe this is the bang for a 110cc.
If I got the dual cam setup I would want a racing crank also, don't know if they even make one, lol.
