Hey guys I have a cateye pocketbike and I lost my key I have a 4 point ignition w/electric start I have the electric start button going straight to the coil how do I bypass the key switch to get it to start I have made a custom kill switch button can I just connect the green and red wires that come out of the key switch or do I have to run them to a toggle switch?

All you need is a kill switch, button or whatever, my coil has a red and black wire if you touch them together it grounds the coil and the engine stops. That red wire thru a switch to ground will work fine. Most my bikes have a kill button on the handle bar, when you press the button the it touches the handle bar which is the ground.
