Hello everyone,

I should have taken a pic of this track that me, inertjunky and his cuz saw today. I have looked for a pic for about an hour now with no luck and google maps has not updated the area where it is at yet.

It is an old on-road R/C track that is not being used this season for some reason.

The location is in the St. Charles, MO area by the intersection of Hwys 370 and 94.

The track is a 100' by 200' with about 10' to 12' lanes, apex markers, wood borders and even a starting grid and pit lane. F-ing awesome track. Perfect for small pocket bikes. Maybe too small for midbikes though. I think heats of about eight people would be exciting. Many more than that there will probably be a lot of traffic jams on the track.

I have been unsuccessful at contacting the owner of the track so far but I am going to be persistant at trying to reach him and persuade him into letting us use it.

I have a Liability Waiver that StandardRacer has graciously let me use to be a persuasion tactic in letting us use the track.

:DI NEED A HEAD COUNT SO I CAN TELL THE OWNER HOW MANY PEOPLE HE MIGHT EXPECT TO SEE IF WE WERE TO USE THE TRACK. :D:eek:

Please post in this thread if you are interested in racing or practicing and how often you would like to race or practice and what would you pay to race and or practice if we are able to use the track.

I hope this works out and we can get a small clup going here is STL.

hey evostyle. I had already talked to scott M and new not to go on the rc track. respect is earned not expected. that's what we are trying here. not the typical im the "it". look the post forum said we were trying to find ya'll. not just take over. that's why im not racing RC this summer. I had enough at smac track when points were involved. but ill see ya this winter cause I respect scott.

Not sure where the lesson on respect has anything to do with my post. I spent more than enough time in the Marine Corps and fought in the first Gulf war. I think I've got the whole respect process figured out. Glad to hear you respect Scott, as he works hard to provide a place for rc racers to race.

I never said or even suggested anything about a "take over". Last time I checked private property and possessions where just that "privately owned". Evolution is privately owned on private property. Enough said.

I didn't mean to come off "cranky" I hope you guys DO find a place to run, I myself would be interested and have many friends who would also like to try it out.

evo out.....

That evo guy is a bit of a cranky pants. SHRED SECESSION TOMORROW!!

thanks evo guy for fighting for the freedoms of our great country. to put in terms I hope all can understand and research for themselves. when you come out and say ("you better not ride on our track" ) you came off very harsh. DUH on the private property......see you didn't read the forum post very well. to threaten or to suggest threat is not a proper way to convey respect......so there is that. 2nd that's how I see people talk at the track that you would love to have more racers at. so I say to you the riders on this forum do not like "cranky pants" thank you 'ChunkSB' for a good observation. we are trying to sell are sport with the integrity of good nature folks out to have fun. what im asking is for you not to bring DRAMA to are forums so that people don't come around thinking we are BITTER!!!!!!!!!!!!.........and would not be able to have the family atmosphere of which is RACING. please understand I had brought my child to RC races and my child seemed and other children seemed to not be welcome cause they were getting on peoples nerves. and that was posted on a page in the RC tech forum for smac track. so we will not be asking anymore for the use of evolution raceway or any information regarding racing there. so sleep good and please (im asking) can we not have anymore.
