I got my new x1 cvt in yesterday. I charged the battery all night and all day. NOw when I push the button and hold the break it only clicks but not turn over. It starts fine with the pull start.

Also noticed that the back lights only come on with the brake. Ithight the stayed on then got brighter under breaking. And what the hell is the beeping when using the turn signals?

Alot of ???? I know but the only way to find something out is to ask right?

on my brake light, there was a running light wen u turned it on, but it was real low...

and it wont turn over cuz ur just pressin a button... u have to pick it up and turn it over...

but seriously, try tuning the carb and try giving it a little gas...
Ohh That is what I am not doing LOL.....

Well it clicks but does not go any farther than that. I hear the relay click but nothing from the starter.

Have someone pull on the pull start. As the motor is turning over, hit the electric start. Does it turn over now with the help of the pull start?

Normally this happens to alot of bikes that come back (I service them at work) and it's mostly because the battery was not charged. The light should be red when charging. Since you said you fully charged it make sure the starter power wire is not loose. Mostly likely it will be tight. What I do then is remove the pull start, remove the starter pawl (on the X3/cateyes you can see the brushes without removing the starter pawl) and check to see if all four wires for the brushes are still connected. Occasionally we'll get a bike that comes in where one or two of the brush contact wires have broken off and have to resolder them. Never happened to a new bike though. There are some models where the brushes are on the inside and you have to remove the electric start assy from the engine to check them. If everything checks out we replace the eltric start assy. Sometimes the starter relay can be at fault but rarely.

Sounds like your battery is dead/low and power from the charger when plugged in is not getting to the battery. This is a longshot but have you checked the fuse to see if it's blown? Run a continuity test along the fuse just to be 100% sure.
